Our shipping and production office is based in Dallas Texas , however we do not offer walk in or in person appointments. We solely construct and ship your beautiful pieces from our location. In this case that was a custom order. The wigs in our catolog are style offerings we have to help with your ordering process . In some occasions people want something different and that is understandable. Send us all your inspiration images to our email at sales@maneregalia.com . We can then give you a quote and provide a custom invoice for you.
No, once an order is placed we immediately begin gathering resources and processing it. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Due to the hygienic nature of our products once sold it is a final sale. However if there is an error originating from our end we will do our best to rectify it. For example, you order a Naomi wig and we send a Chloe wig. In this instance please contact us immediately at sales@maneregalia.com. Lace must be intact and unit unworn.
We understand sometimes emergency's arise. We offer a "READY TO SHIP" option with wigs shipping out within 24-48 hours., If you cant find something you like in the options provided under "Ready to ship" please email us at sales@maneregalia.com for a Custom Rush order. Rush orders are $199 in addition to the cost of your wig.
Sometimes we substitute a longer length if the lenght you order is out of stock. This ensures that your order is not delayed . For example if you order a 18" ponytail and we are out of stock on 18", we bump up your order to a 20" at no additional charge. We will contact you at the email you provided at checkout to notify you of this change before we ship.
All wigs take 14 to 18 business days to process, construct and ship. Once it is ready you will receive a shipment notification in your email with a tracking number for you to follow up with your order. All orders require a signature at delivery. In some cases you can receive your purchase well before the stated timeline. During peak and sale seasons, we do experience a 3-4 day delay. Please plan accordingly for all your occasions.
If you are not available to sign for your order, please contact the shipping courier to hold your package at one of their locations close to you. When a package is unable to be delivered it is sent back to us. in this instance we will bill you additional shipping to send it back out.
Please contact the shipping courier. We are not responsible for Lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. You can also send us an email regarding the package and we can also help on our end to try to locate it.
Yes, we offer repairs and rejuvenation for ONLY Mane Regalia units. However we ask that you send an email to sales@maneregalia.com for a breakdown of all services needed for approval. Once this step is completed we provide a mailing address for you to mail it to us.
Unfortunately We do not accept wigs that were not purchased from Mane Regalia.
