Returns & Shipping
All products are subject to a NO REFUND policy. Most of our products are customized, hence no refunds will be given at any time. Should you have questions regarding a potential purchase, we ask that you contactus before you make your purchase.
- All Sales are Final
- Once orders have been made, they cannot be changed. Please make sure you are certain of your selection before placing an order.
- We do not provide Refunds or Exchanges on wigs and hair pieces due to hygiene issues, If there is an issue with your product, please bring it to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. We will then do our best to fix the issue.
Free shipping is available for all orders addressed to locations in the Continental United States (unfortunately Free shipping is not available to recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc).
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Services (USPS).
The average time for shipment and delivery are as follows
- Accessories, 2-4 Business days
- Pre made Customized Units and Wefted hair , 7 – 10 Business days
- Custom “Build Your Own Unit” : This will take anywhere from 14 to 21 days based on complexity (i.e color process and specific requirements by client)
Each product will have shipping Time Frame listed in the description, please refer to the listing for product specific processing times.
A shipping confirmation email including tracking number will be sent upon order shipment.
All packages require signature confirmation.
International shipping sometimes comes with Customs depending on the country. You are responsible for all custom fees that may arise. You are also responsible for tracking and obtaining your package from your local shipping authority.
During Sale and high peak periods, shipping might take longer than usual. We will communicate the shipping times and keep you updated, we will also send out tracking numbers for your convenience.
